In the late part of the war and the Russians closed in on Germany, the Germans utilized Panther Turrets that they did not have a chassis for at the factories. They would mount a functioning Panther turret on a concrete underground bunker. There is detailed information on these stationary defensive points on the internet. They usually had a crew of three who lived in the underground part of the position with only the Panther turret above ground. The crews were relieved after a short period.
Old Timer Panzer General fan. Maybe a Volksturm soldier now. Did they let Volksturm drive Panzers?

The mod is only about Winter war and not the later, Continuation war.
That don't resembles a Renault FT-17, which were in fact dug in and used as a fortification in the beginning of the Winter War.
It could be a KV-1 or a T-28, but I don't believe that could be any of those.
But the good folk at DMP they do their homework.
So I believe there must be another explanation for that fortification.

Yes, I've been watching all my Finnish war movies for a while now. Even the old classics. The Finns were really tough citizen soldiers. Man for man the Russians were no match, only numbers and technology saved them from an even worse disaster. Any country that makes SAKO rifles cannot be underestimated.DMPTeam wrote:Thank you flakfernrohr!
We are doing our best, but some things are up to do.
I think in the middle of February you can fight against the Russians and protect the freedom of Finland.
