Early Russians

FOG- this calls for a brand new army in 28mm. I'm going to put together a Russian army of the Alexander Nevski era- always loved that old Minifigs range from the 70's but never managed to get any. Now there's Mirliton, Molynia (later I know but lovely), OG and the new Gripping Beast stuff. Is there anything else I could use? Those OG Polish infantry from the Mongels range look useful?
Any ideas for BGs, classifications, lists all welcome.
Also any ideas for fantastical elements such as Baba Yaga (and her hut!!) to decorate the backgriund?

I'm going with the DBM list for info for now-any thoughts on this?Oh and ,of course, what list book will this army be in?
