They are standard values for the Bofors. I'm at work, but I'll double check later. Its shot multiple airstrikes down in my games, as has the M14 MGMC, but airstrikes do still have a chance of success. In one game it shot down 3 Stukas and 2 FW 190's (I counted) as the MGMC was elsewhere before getting schwacked. In fact one of the things in Chouigui that has impressed me is the effectiveness of the AA platforms when there are more than one around.
