I think the best way to describe our operations to date is that they have violated every recognized principle of war.

KingT, let me check on the status of another player first. I want to keep the first Alpha smaller and manageable. Let me get back to you.

We should start a new topic for this. Maybe even private forum

Meh, not necessary for a private forum. The group email is fine for an Alpha. It's easier for me to track all the work I have to do.

in playing scenario Chouigui, I noticed that the British 40mm Bofors did not react or fire at the FW190 that came flying in...destroyed Bofors and a truck. Please check the stats on it...no good to have AA units that don't fire at incoming aircraft.

They are standard values for the Bofors. I'm at work, but I'll double check later. Its shot multiple airstrikes down in my games, as has the M14 MGMC, but airstrikes do still have a chance of success. In one game it shot down 3 Stukas and 2 FW 190's (I counted) as the MGMC was elsewhere before getting schwacked. In fact one of the things in Chouigui that has impressed me is the effectiveness of the AA platforms when there are more than one around. Basically because the Axis airpower puts it to the test, so you notice far more than in other scenarios..

Wondering the same thing; I know Petcat's done a Tunisia campaign before but I really want to see how some of these new units fare in the game.

Been playing the Merr random scenarios and I discover that the Hetzer used in the V1.12 missions looks like a pre-Rommel in Normandy model (i.e. custom model). Anyone know for sure when the Merr V1.12 scenarios came out?

According to his Quick Battles forum thread it was sometime between 18th October 2011 and 3rd January 2012.
