For this one you need to extract the 260mb Game Files into the GME, then extract the 310kb Scenario/Campaign files into the Mods file. And the Pathway for this is:

My Documents/My Games/Panzer Corps/Mods (if file not present you need to make one).

Hope this helps. :)

Richard means.... if Mod folder not present, create it under My Documents/My Games/Panzer Corps/Mods

Thanks guys for the quick explanation. I guess I did it correctly. I always get confused about what to place into the GME program. I think I placed the 260mb into the Slitherine\PanzerCorps\Mods folder

Is this wrong? It has the dat file in there as well.

As a rule of thumb, it is generally the larger folders, containing such things as audio and graphic files etc, that need placing in the GME.

Only the smaller 310kb Scenario/Campaign files needs to be placed in the Slitherine\PanzerCorps\Mods folder, but I doubt that putting the 260mb file in here as well as in the GME would have much of an adverse effect.

Happy New Year :!:

I started playing this campaign the other day and it is very challenging. The invasions of Sicily are much more difficult than the allied corps vanilla game. I was able to get Sicily in 15 turns and won a moderate victory. That one FW190A was a tough nut.

How do I save my core to be playable in the Red Dawn? I finished the campaign yesterday, but it seems I start the sequel with a brand new core. Anyone knows how to import the core?
Cheers

It has been a while since I worked on this but you need to get a certain victory level in Maelstrom to save the core for Red Dawn - I think it was a DV. Check out the Campaign Tree in the Library - it shows what is required there. Once your core is saved it should ask you whether you want to import it into Red Dawn. Good luck.

Once again want to thank you for this MOD!! Id rather play as the Allies any day of the week. After a year or more I reloaded this one and had forgot how much of a challenge this is to play. The Allies really do get the short end of the stick so far in the PC world which makes this one such fun to play. Your pop-up intel during the battles is a great touch too.

Hi El_Condoro,

Please tell me, can this campaign be played if I have AC installed instead of AK? It has all the same units in it, as well as same desert terrain. I also have PC and all west DLCs and wouldn't like if I had to buy AK to play your mod that is obviously great, based on reviews :)

Thans in advance!

I tried running mod with AC. However the second scenario couldn't load (gives content missing message). The first scenario did work, albeit sounds and animations where kind of weird. I installed completely according to the manual (both GME and DATA). So basically I cannot play the mod :(

Is anyone responsible for this mod after all? No responses so far...

But i don't think i have seen El_Condoro posting anything since a long while. He possibly stopped following the boards or at least went very silent.

Well too bad. The mod looks awesome but it is unplayable with AC. Well off to other mods I guess...:-/

El_Condoro's dropbox links in post #1 are down, unsurprisingly. Does anyone have a working link to this campaign's files?

Thanks, but having AC isn't the issue I asked about. Being able to download the mod is the problem I'm seeking a solution to.
