It's 9:30 on the Warfare website. Or earlier if everyone's there.

Found this for FoG:AM and FoG:R
Timetable

Saturday
Check-in: 8.30 am to 9.15 am (The earlier everyone gets here, the earlier we can get through check-in and “let the games begin”)
Round 1: 9.30 am to 12.45 pm
Lunch: 12.45 pm to 1.45 pm (meals are available from the café on site, but there can be long waits – if possible, find someone to take an order for you)
Round 2: 1.45 pm to 5.00 pm

Sunday
Round 3: 9.00 am to 12.15 pm (n.b. earlier start-time than Saturday)
Lunch: 12.15 pm to 1.15 pm
Round 4: 1.15 pm to 4.30 pm
Prizegiving: As soon as we can work it out!

Can't be much of a deal, even I am in double figures - still below mid-table mediocrity though

Nigel, as we keep explaining to you - putting a decimal point and a zero after the 1 doesn't make it into "double figures".

Same here, with special thanks to Simon for a cracking last game (not that the others weren't enjoyable).

Thanks to all to four enjoyable games. I like LH mongols :)

Looking forward to the WH40k next year...

Also thank you to organisers for running another great event.

A big thank-you to the organisers and my four opponents - Steve Steads' Tuaregs, Andy Kitcher's Lat(t)e Swedes, Nigel Emsen's Mongol Horde (God, there was a lot of them), and Kevin Johnson's Viet Cong (Nellies an' all); four great games, not least the one against Andy where I not so much snatched defeat from the jaws of victory, as rammed my hand down its throat and ripped it, half-digested, from its stomach.

Another big thank you to WAR for a wonderfully organised and enjoyable weekend wargaming at Reading.

Thanks to my four great opponents - Lynette, Izzy, Adrian and Keith for friendly games which felt close even when I lost by miles.
