Thank you Deranzo. I tried this download, but got the same result - the error message. I noticed that the .exe file had the same date and time stamp as the original updated file though, so perhaps that wasn't the version you meant to send?

deranzo, the file you uploaded (at least the dropbox link) has the "graphics" folder duplicated in the folder "UI\unit_images\Graphics"
that's an extra 360MB :D

Oh thats weird, I must have forgotten that. OK thanks for heads up. I have updated link. Its 1.1gb now.

With a infantry unit with a chimera i can mount and shoot. If the vehicle is damaged with 1 or 2 wounds but not 3, i can unmount and mount and the damage is gone. this can be corrected?

Deranzo, do you have any other suggestions for getting this version to run? What is it looking for to determine whether there is an existing version? A particular reg key? Or something else? I'd really like to give this a try, as I love the game, and your improvements sound like a huge advance.

are you sure is this last version related bug?
can you repeat same bug in v1.10 too?

yes.
this happens if you don't move. if you move you are on foot or on transport and you can't change it.
but if you remain in place, you can mount in the transport and shoot. if 1 wound is taken, you can AFTER shooting, unmount and mount again, and that wound is gone. if the unit looses 1 unit (3 wounds for a chimera) they don't reappear.
One solution, the best imho, it's that after you shoot you can't unmount/mount.

So this is an also 1.10 bug?
I haven't done anything to existing mechanics but I will check it out.

Hi deranzo,

in editor the combat log don't work. There are only hieroglyphs.

Is there any way to fix this?

Or much better - implementing combat log in game like in Panzer Corps. This would be realy great... :mrgreen:

Most major bug is briefing screen bug for now. Its not game breaking but pretty annoying. If you see more, write here.

Actually these are full changes. But we want to add more oprions as new weapon traits, unit models, sound effects etc officially.

Don't know yet. Adding those stuff to the game is actually easy and can be done even in single day. But creating them is hard part. Because we can't do that by ourselves. Team has to work together, permissions must be taken etc.
And the team who has done Armageddon is working on Panzer Corps 2 right now, so sadly, don't expect that to happen soon.
But I will add even more units to my mod like chaos and necrons soon.

What's up with the between-mission dialogue?

I just went through the tutorial and stuff were all over the place.

The icing on the cake was the start of act 1: I got one choice only, Counter-attack. Then, after picking Counter-attack, I get the option to investigate Death Mire.

Followed by the Counter-attack scenario being loaded.

yeah, but i like it. you first play one branch and then the other branch. i edited the maps so all maps in a branch have the same number of unit slots because you lose units when you switch branches.

so, you first play CampScen1A, 2A, 3A, 1B, 2B, 3B. this happens with the other two branches.

in other words, you get to play all the maps in the campaign

New idea:
There is restriction on commander's name length - 10 symbols. Can you expand it?
