Dacians defeat Greeks 2 to 53%. Let's see if Syracusans can surpass that in their own battle. So far Morbio has all the chances.

2 - 53! How frustrating... it was 6 -53 when the house of cards came down and then there are rallies, to make a bad situation worse!Nosy_Rat wrote:Dacians defeat Greeks 2 to 53%. Let's see if Syracusans can surpass that in their own battle. So far Morbio has all the chances.
Despite a promising start the Syracusans won their battle versus the Greeks 8 - 40, which any other time would be considered a great win!
Thanks to Nosy for teaching me the value of buildings in a defensive game!
Armenia43 and Arabia40

Persia defeats Arabia40 44%-16%, 15% casualties

Re: New FOGII (April 2018) Campaign Tournament (bbogensc)
I would have no objection to a two week cycle, being +12gmt if I'm working it can be hard to match every timeline and often my weekends don't sync as i can live upto a day ahead of many, meaning it's not always easy to get enough rounds in a day but at least 2 is usually possible, with more weekends, but I do have a show coming up in 6 weeks so things do get hectic.
Changing the move in time to 15gmt (3am) may be tricky if i don't get the message in time depends how long we have from the message, it's probably okay.

Blessed with a ridiculously good hill for defense, the Romans marched to set up their defense. Seeing this, the Pyrrhic foe resolved to fast march his army to prevent a set piece battle. He achieved this and forced the Romans to fight faster than they wanted and the battle was even for a series of impacts and melees. Roman charges broke a couple of pike units, opening gaps through which the Romans were able to turn flanks and break the line.
Romans successfully Defend North Rome 54-24 with 15% casualties.

The Hoplite Herald
Morbio, Tyrant of Syracuse, makes good on his word to defend and liberate his Greek brothers from Dacian oppression. The ships are berthing in the beaches and the armies are preparing for war!
