So got Panzer Corps Gold Edition; how would I do to enable this mod ? I created a MODS folder in the Panzer Corps install folder but it doesn't appear in the folder at bottom right in the main menu to play it ?

After copying the folder to the MODS folder of Panzer Corps, you need to enable the mod using GME

Started playing today. Conquered all of China by around turn 20. The screen that shows at the end of every turn saying the victory conditions says something like "Turn 322 out of 99", although once in the map it does say a proper "Turn 22". If this has no consequences I won't do anything. If it does and the solution is the one mentioned previously for the Nanking Industry problem, I used the editor as instructed and it reads 300. But I think you forgot to mention what that value should be changed to to correct this issue.
I am enjoying this mod greatly, thanks. It's like a totally new game ! One thing, now that I have conquered China, armed Germany as much as unit slots permit, what do I do ? I don't see the historical date anywhere so don't know if I should just pass turns without doing anything until some event like annexing Austria and Checoslovaquia happen. Because I did try with the diplomacy system and, for Austria it did not annex it, and when I chose "annex Checoslovaquia" instead it said I had just declared war on them and the whole of the Allies (including the URSS !!!) declared war on me.

Other issues.
At some point Italian units became available but just in the few hexes nearest to Alexandria and down in Abyssnia one hex. The thing is, even if I purchase Italian units and all, the whole Italian territories, including Italy itself remain disabled, that is cannot move units into it nor build units there.

Regarding diplomacy, something not working. Typically the other countries flags turning to Japanese flags and nothing happens for example when I move into annex Checoslovakia, whereas a few turns further back if I did that all allies and Urss would declare war against me. Not able to annex Austria.

Turn 300: Yep, that's a mistake. Should be prestige per turn. Occurs when you have 6 factories on the map.

Historical Date: You can get this by hovering over the turn number. Each turn is about 5 weeks.

Austria, Cze: I'm pretty sure both of those have flags on the diplomacy thing. Move a German truck (the ones that begin on the left) into them and the events should happen right. (If Austria doesn't have one, it will auto-annex on about turn 8 ), Czechoslovakia can be annexed "safely" from early 1939, each turn before that there is an increased chance of all the Allies (yes, including Russia!) attacking you.

Italy: Should unlock on the historical date, May/June 1940. Not sure why you can build stuff there beforehand.
