Hot food is available on the Saturday but whether the cafe is open on the Sunday depends on the number of customers the 'restraunteur' gets on the Saturday.
It is possible to leave figures and terrain at Firestorm but obviously this is done at the owners risk. Free and plentiful parking is also outside Firestorm Games.
For those who did not come last year any spare cloths would be appreciated as some of the tables look a little Warhammer Spacepixie in hue.
Time Table for Games –
Registration time on Saturday 9:00am to 9:20am
Games will be:
Saturday: 1st Game 9.30 - 1.00 and 2nd Game 2.00 - 5.30
Sunday: 1st Game 9.00 - 12.30 and 2nd Game 1.30 - 5.00
Games will be taking 3 hours 20 mins plus a 1-10 min(s) variable calculated by the Umpire
When time is called, play will continue until the end of the current phase regardless of which player’s turn it is. Each player is responsible for completing their own score card. Once completed hand the score card to Bob Medcraft who will be organising the next round draw
Other Information: -
Players must supply their own terrain pieces. These must be to an acceptable standard, and the umpire will have the discretion to remove unsightly items.
Players must be present and ready to start the match at the appointed time. Where a player has a reasonable excuse for arriving late the match start will be delayed by up to 30 minutes. After which time the effected player will be awarded maximum points.
If a player resigns from a game at any stage after the first set up dice have been rolled their opponents will be awarded maximum points, and they will be awarded 0 points.

Re: Godendag 2019
From the army size of 800 points, I take it this is singles, rather than doubles as Godendag has usually been in the past?

Re: Godendag 2019
Was singles last year as well - I think doubles are not really viable for FoG:R these days being realistic.

Re: Godendag 2019
Presumably you mean this year? I was there in 2017, playing alongside #1 son (and getting thrashed by armies since somewhat neutered by the rule amendments).
You are right, though - doubles are just not viable any more.

Re: Godendag 2019
Nik, Pity you can not make it. 11 out of the 16 tickets for FOG R are gone so we are at the moment looking at an odd number - so we will have to have a bye each round. There must be at least one more player who could take us to an even number.

Re: Godendag 2019
I am fairly certain I am going to play, but have a small problem in that I have Rick Wakeman tickets for the Saturday night, so may have to leave a little early.

Don,
It will be great to see you and have a chance to play against you sometime over the weekend.
I can think of at least 4 ways for your second game on the Saturday to finish early so you can get to see Rick Wakeman: -
1) Win your game fast
2) lose your game fast
3) Agree with you oponent to start your game earlier than 2:00 pm
4) Any combination of the above.
Alternately forget Rick Wakeman and just enjoy yourself playing FOG R

Bob,
As my wife brought the tickets, we can exclude the last option.
