Absolutely love the camp....
I'm still waiting for Eureka's Almughavars to hit the states. By H'con they should have them and I'll add to my Essex bases...
Great job.
Madcam.

Thanks ! Glad you like my work.
I maybe have to make some more BG with alumughvars with the new Eureka minis...
The Oxcart is from Oldglory15s, from one of the captive sets.

Very nice painting.
You're one of the gentlemen that posted your "Speed Swede" painting technique, involving priming with black and then basing next, before any other painting, right? I'm pretty sure I remember your last army.
I love this work, just one caution about the Ambush markers. You might want to avoid using that one with the sheep when facing any army with Scots or Welsh troops...

Really a great and productive job
I think I should use your painting technics for my forthcoming Palmyran army.
But it will be really great if you could provide a painting guide with all the steps from black primer to finished work (specially for cavalry figures with horses).
I'm so used with white primer and painting miniatures before basing them that it will be hard for me to completely change my technic without help.
