Devizes Attack 2019 - 20th & 21st July 2019
Thanks to sterling work by David Bannister, we have been allocated up to 24 places at Devizes Attack on the 20th & 21st July.
We are going to have a Brexit themed FoG V3 event – 850 AP – any list, any book as long as the army fought in the Greater British Isles, including Ireland and the Scottish Isles – any date. Table sizes will be 60” x 40” and using the 35-0 scoring system.
This will be a 4 round singles event. Game schedule:
Saturday 9.00 to 12.15 13.15 to 16.30
Sunday 9.00 to 12.15 13.00 to 1615

Ancient British & Caledonian
Principate Roman – Western Only
Pictish
Later German (Western) – Saxons in England until 617 AD
Dominate Roman – Western Only
Post-Roman British
Foederate Roman – Western Only

Army lists are dribbling in,much in the same way Ruddock dribbles late on in the evening....
Deadline is the sixth July. I await Graham Briggs efforts to get another army list which never came anywhere near the campaign area. Samurai in Dorset maybe....

It has been pointed out that the French came in force to help the Welsh in 1403 to 1405 as well, so that is a legal allied option at that date.
