AndreyBacerage: the commanders are not meant to be permanently lost, this is how the game is set up currently.

So it is not planned to be patched. However, if you argue for a change in the way this works I can surely bring it up in the team, but it is not something I can promise you to happen, as it touches other people's work.

Turn Start -> Check Date = Starting Date -> Event Popup never shown :

if you want to use the Set Date it is better to do this (assuming using the 31st is not an issue):
Date > 31.12.1940

Date = 1.1.1941 will only trigger if there is a turn using te exact date, which may not be the case depending on the turn/day relation set for the scenario.

Thanks for the advice, it works :D but you have to know this trick :idea:

Thank you - but than its really inpossible to use commanders also for auxilia units - only for core forces ! Would be nice to have an trigger to eliminate auxilia used commanders please.

As you can see on attached file (can you?) there are completed all primary objectives by 16 turn on operation star scenario and victory has not been triggered. Why is that?

I see nothing and the actual version is 7.1.8 but not for very long...
