devoncop (Dailami/Khorasanian allies) beat Nijis (Arab Abbasid) 61% to 37%

A much needed victory was swung in favour of the Dailami after the initial collapse of their right to sustained archer fire by the arrival of two elephants on the Dailami left which smashed through the Arab lancer contingent holding that flank allowing the Dailami infantry in the centre, which had been wavering, to hold long enough for the Dailami left to roll up the Arab infantry centre.

Another good contest.

youngr (Ptolemaic), who is making his first appearances in the top flight, is top of Division A with 2 wins from his first 2 matches. Snugglebunnies (Kingdom of Soissons) also has 2 wins but this is from 4 starts. CheAhn (Roman) is finding things a bit tricky in his first season with just 1 win from 4 starts. No decisive moves yet in Division B where IMC (Roman) is top with 2 wins from 3 matches. Division C, on the other hand, is nearly half-way completed!
