Choices in PC2 1939 - spoiler questions

I just finished my first play through of the 1939 DLC. I did not see a resolution for 2 things that happened, and I am curious about 2 things that happened that I did not see resolution of.

#1) I got the message about the recon pilot wanting to transfer to combat, but I needed to deploy a recon plane first. So, I deployed the recon plane. Then I got the message that he was being transferred to combat school. Nothing else. Does this carry on to the next DLC or did I not have enough commendation points to get him at that point?

#2) Last scenario I got the message about the bunker buster salvage and that I could spend commendation points to get it. So, I did. Then....nothing. I beat Denmark and the DLC was done. Does this carry on to the next DLC? Did I miss something in my upgrade/buy screens?

I believe it is the KV-2 tank. It doesn't show up on screen. You will find it as a captured tank that you can purchase.

In the 'Wlodowa' scenario I got the option of spending 8 commendation points for some 'secret message' which turned out be 'junk' Am I missing something, or is this also a future reveal?

Later, you spend 4 more commendation, and... Stuff happens. So don't be discouraged.

Did I do something wrong in Wlodawa? I did not get the option to spend points to get a "Secret Message"? I restarted again and still no “Secret Message”. Was it because I declined to option to send the POWs to the “Song of the Fire Ovens”?

I think that might be it. I had to take a massive prestige hit to get 14 comm points (let the Polish civilians go) before I got the 'secret message' option...

No, I took the 75% prestige hit and released the POW’s. Looks like I need to open this up in the editor and see what the trigger is.

From reviewing the Scenario Scripts, it looks like the "Secret Message" in in the Warsaw scenario, not Wlodawa.
