Dont know if its the right place to ask but anyone knows what exactly does Inneficient Supply? How much less supply i`m receiving? Seems like ammo is no problem, but having troubles with fuel on my recon cars, feels like they get only 4 pe turn.

Ok, now I need to ask what is normal. I really hadn't need to bother with this before seems like the supply is just there every time, no idea how much I receive any turn.

Does anybody know what trait takes precedence when you choose "Randomize" and the game comes up with

Force Concentration and Force Dispersion

or

Trophies of War and Ruthless

u get 2 heroes per unit

Trophies of War and Ruthless

both will have effect but u will never capture anything
