Time for a new betting pool, Kerensky?
No much going on in this forum of late and therefore I wondered if it might be a good time to collect "bets" once again (because it was both fun and educational) of what battles/scenarios will be in the next DLC, presumably AO1941. From reading between the lines in earlier posts, I am guessing the basic form of the DLC is already done. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if you were already working primarily on "42 right now.
So what do you say, Kerensky? You seemed to have gotten a kick out of it yourself watching our tips come in.

I'm afraid that while the forum is quiet, player counts from the last DLC and end year sales were really boosted to an unexpected degree.
A lot of focus, time, and energy has been put into that, and also needing to wrap up current work under development. Hopefully we'll hear something from official channels soon.

That's indeed great news - as long as there's the interest from the community like this it gives hope for more content overall, including some allied campaigns.

Yeah when the "big four" are done, I would love to see them take a crack at a French, Italian, or other minor power. People really seemed to like OBB Winter War, I think some of the reason for that was the novelty of playing a "new" nation. I am happy the sales have been good for company, well earned.

I still hope for DLCs for fictional Campaign Trees.
Imagine Allied Force offers you to Invade the Soviet Union after germany is beaten, or in Soviet Corps you can rush further than Berlin. Taking France, Britain or even the US ?
I like the historical correctness of the GC, but i also enjoyed the Creativity in those fictional Missions.

I do think in dev diaries prior to PC2 release they said maybe they will make People's General sequel.Bee1976 wrote: ↑Mon Jan 25, 2021 3:59 amI still hope for DLCs for fictional Campaign Trees.
