load error 3:000065432

Just purchased game with DLCs from steam for my PC. After installing/reinstall/verify content several times i keep getting this load error. Windows firewall says Fantasy General II has access. I tried running as admin,nope

I know this is a steam error cause I saw it with PG II. PG2 runs fine.

That is a Steam error not a game error, usually is related with the interference of an Internet security program which is not allowing the game to run.

Please check if any of your Internet Security programs aren't interfering. I suggest to create exclusion scan for the game folder and game exe.
