Unable to multiplayer

Hello I change my password on Samelogin today, and now, i can't to start multpiplayer game.
Mulpilayer Screen opening, and close after message explain is not possible to login.

also, Impossible for me to change credentials in game ?

Any idea ?

PS: sorry for my bad english , by advance, thank you for response.

Delete the file named "OPTIONS.TXT" in the Windows Documents\My Games\SANCTUS.

Hello and thank you for answer.

I just tried that, without success.

The game don't ask me login and password, when i click on multiplayer, and it explain me is no possible to connect to server.

I check my firewall, all is open for sanctus , like before password changing.

Please post the exact message you are getting when you try and enter multiplayer. If you are still unable to login to the server with your username and password you should contact support directly on support@slitherine.co.uk as it is not a good idea to try and deal with password issues over the forums.

You can find screenshots of messages appears when i'm click on multiplayer. (In french)

So the first message is saying it cannot verify your details? In which case contacting support so they can check on your credentials is the best bet.
