Re: Grand Campaign progress question
Well building prestige early on helps later campaign, on my first few playthru I couldnt pass 44 because I blow my prestige. You will have to remember the soft cap rules especially when you progress and units get more expensive. Below list the tips I used for early campaign for experience build up a...

Re: OT: just watched Dunkirk by Christopher Nolan
Well it's a bad movie that is totally inaccurate and as usual only tells one side of the story. Spitfire have longer operation range and unlike the show portray of low fuel. Bombers do not fly without cover of fighters in theater of war. French troops were allow to go on board of the ships. Little f...

Re: Future of OOB?
Well bru888, I have been in this game since the beginning and and quite active in forum in the past hence I know the specialization changes as per hint or suggested or discussed like a few years ago maybe. When this game first launch as OOB pacific I was one of the few early dudes that suggested GC ...

Future of OOB?
I first supported OOB a lot however lost my love when they move to West campaign in which I felt that the developer have lost focus or maybe they never had an official long term game development plan. What is still in my mind is that what's the long term plan for OOB as I really like this game and e...

Re: OOB VS Panzer Corps 2
When OOB came out I was a big fan. Playing pacific campaign is fun and different from PzC so I kinda like it a lot however when OOB move to Europe I think that's just a fast cash tactic and after winter war I completely stop playing OOB as I find that the developer is not doing what they are suppose...

Re: Tons of new content and a new expansion for Order of Bat
Legal reasons. It's just so much easier - Germany, for instance, won't allow its use on products for children (and, sadly, games and scale models count as children-oriented), only in academic, historical use, etc. Others can fill in the details, but I have the gist of it right, I think. Some other ...

Re: Any tips for winning Soumussalmi?
Well I have just finish this scenario. I am kinda behind in OOB series hehe playing other games at the moment. First press spacebar during deployment, notice that there is huge supply of 50 around where the soviet is, so capture it and it's gg right from the start. I clean out every unit in the game...

Re: What would you like next DLC campaign you'd find coming?
I would love the option of more skin colours as camouflage and also along with the camo comes some special stats like using desert colour in winter means easier to hit etc.

Re: Running out of requisition points towards end of campaig
I am a PzC player as well. The biggest advice I can offer for OOB is that watch the supplies using spacebar. Try not to attack any enemy unit that is full efficiency as it will hurt like hell. This game is more about cutting off supplies and finish them off. As it was design based on Pacific so the ...

Re: What would you like next DLC campaign you'd find coming?
Well I would prefer the developer focus on Pacific rather than Europe as have stated by me many times. I have played very long campaign for pzc and really prefer to play Pacific where there are not much game covering it. Also Europe is nice but won't shine like the naval campaign and carrier battles...

Re: Pacific campaign - Pearl Harbor
You can get all secondary objective. The sequences of activation must be perfect for it. Won't give you too much spoiler but I did get all and the top left objective gives you a hero. Just remember to drive well on road for certain units. If you are too lazy to try can leave me a message and I will ...

Re: need help please new Georgia
For this scenario IIRC since I haven't revisit the vanila campaign for some time now here is what I recommend as below. 1. Use artillery to knock out that costal fortress near the objective. There is 3 spot that is super sweet for artillery setup namely that island you get free long Tom and also nor...

Re: '39-'45 GC DLC Soft Cap Question.
Ask BNC, Stephen for advice, they are the veterans in the game also moderators can give better answers. For me the GC for german is the best so far really love it until today and still doing it over and over again until today. Playing soft cap rules adds a lot of challenge to it and I highly recomme...

Is there any plans to revisit pacific after winter war?
Dear developers, Just curious will you guys be expanding on pacific theater after winter war project or will you guys move into Europe theater? I am still very eager to see pacific war expanded. Can't get enough of it as the vanila campaign is just too short and a lot of battle is still missing like...

I mean grand campaign soviet corps. Grand campaign is the longer version of the vanila campaign and you get to train and love your unit from start.

Re: Desperate Defense
It's like the dying breath so more heroic if they kill something hahaha. Joking aside I believe it's all the dice roll but I might be wrong as I never bring up the battle report for these small kills so maybe you can check out the battle report to see any bonus there. My experience is I seldom got k...

Re: US Corps '42 - Spring Wind
Usually first time is always a fail hahaha. My first experience here is hold the line at all cost and by turn 4. Enemy is at my deployment zone hahaha bad choice. Some scenarios we really need to pay more attention as the scenario design is tricky
