Yeah, it is pretty crazy, the only thing that seems to be a problem is if you get completely suppressed they don't keep shooting you during your turn.

The game is still balanced around prestige which I think is a really bad design choice. They should have stuck with the different levels of victory and loss. The Ugly Really didn't like Haptmann Wagner dying half way through the DLC. It does add a little drama to the whole thing but honestly I like his briefings and frankly having been in the army I don't really need a reminder of the human cost of war while playing a game.
