If you click on the question mark next to the objective description of the condition will be shown. Airfield supply needs to be reduced to 0 with strategic bombers.

The German air supply case is not a bug, I wanted them to be undersupplied at the beginning to reduce the impact of Stukas. The player also has air supply problems at the beginning so it is a case for both sides.

Descriptive location names were used not to confuse matters calling those two Air Undeploy. But those who have location names turned off in options will not be able to see it at a glance.

The lower base stat is because it is armed by machineguns. It has Rapid Fire 2x and Low Altitude Attack trait. This can inflict 40% casualties (kills/suppression) when defending from attacking plane in low altitude flight.
