Thx for testing zakblood, I hope the devs do read this. I love the game so far and would love to play on... with the perks of this mission. If the devs are like me, they are toast for about 24-48 hours after release date, because of several nights of very littlie sleep before this date ;)

If you don't want red lasers, just don't include the animations into the mod. I just changed the animation graphics, no source code from anywhere.

I would say, they simply don't have any animation related, so no animation-offset is needed. Personally I would add at least some sound, I really miss that for the Imp riders "explosive-tipped Hunting Lances". At least I wanted to hear a "boom" from them :)

I tend to agree to all your points. I especially like the trade of reinforcements to moral, this game is supposed to feel different to Panzer Corps and it should imho... but - I don't know if it is a lack of balancing or knowing the exact mechanics, for me it feels awkward different at the moment. Jehaa, looks like it's going to be a great tool Joubarbe! I just could alter an existing scenario (see my Tau mod) and save it with a different name. Orks and Imps still battling each other, so sides work in altered scenarios.

Sadly editing the File with notepad crashes the scenario. Maybe we could try an old fashioned hex-editor... or the devs get the editor-features working ;)

My guess is, that the units have to be of the same faction and the same (or related) class. Have a look in the unittypes.whdat. But I couldn't find the option/file to make a newly added unit purchasable at all - and if it is not purchasable, it is not upgradeable either. Of course there are some ava...
