I read Phil's comments with interest and agree with his comments in general, however I will say that as the Spanish commander I have found having units with less armour than the opponent isn't that much of a problem. Im thinking of attending roll call this year but can't find any accurate information. Some sites say cranfield whilst others say oxford but none have even the slightest detail of whats going on.

They tried the same with wrg 6th edition. The outcome was a farce, with individual umpires doing as they pleased, or incorrectly worded clarifications / ammendments being ripped apart by rule lawyers to suit there own benefit. Without clear guidance from the authors it won't work.
