I use the non-steam version. In all scenario directories only text_english.txt is available. All other languages missing. I copied the text_english.txt to text_german.txt to see mission objectives. Ja, das ist nur ein Workaround. Und man kommt nicht zurück zu deutsch! You could play in german until the last turn in Dunkirk. Savegame (englisch) created 1. during the campaign Screen (map of europe) --> load in german: mixed map and no UI, english okay 2. during the briefing --> load in german or...

At New Zeeland (played as Japenese) all my ships (should) leave the scenario at turn 15.
But if I move my destroyers into the fjords (1-hex-wide sea) they dont want go home.
Nice bug.

It looks like the game is having issues generating the savegames. It may be a windows permissions error? I suggest try running the game with administrator privileges if you can, and see if this clears the error. Its not a access issue. I started the Order of Battle - Pacific.exe (not the autorun) a...
