Re: My Experience: Was the Game Designer Serbian?

The Ottoman part of the war seems to be very limited, it appears to be just a small frontline of English versus Turks in Palestine. As stated, the Turks don't have the resources or manpower to really push back the British, and even less so if they push up into Russia as well. The Russians have littl...

Re: End of game

Seconding this. Even something as simple as noting the end dates in a leaderboard could be a neat way of offering a target to beat in a replay. Also, having just completed my first campaign, I was surprised with just how abrupt the ending was. There was a popup showing "ultimate victory" and then ki...

Just wanted to let you know the 1.5.2 patch fixed this, was able to finish the turn and finish the game. Cheers.

So you guys are patching faster than Apple can approve the patch? Ugh, that's frustrating for you and for us.

Re: Less Tech for some factions?

I actually lean the other way, I feel there should be more options for research and production for some factions. I kept Belgium in the war, and have mobilised nearly all their manpower. But there's nothing else for them to do aside from recruiting troops for the front lines. Now historically they w...

Re: Differences between iPad and PC versions?

There's no button to cycle through unmoved units on iPad. You have to manually look around to find units you might have missed. Not a big thing, but it is a difference.

Re: 1.5.2 Patch?

Quick feature request for next patch. On the production screen, could you please add unit level onto the graphic of the unit that will be produced? I can examine current units in the field, and see what level they are (and check to see if they can be upgraded), but it seems like the most obvious pla...

Re: 1.5.2 Patch?

First thing I would say, is have you tried playing as the Entente? If you think the game is unbalanced, then swapping to the side you consider to be more powerful should be your first step. If you also lose while as Entente, then it won't be the game, it'll be you, but that's not a bad thing as then...

Re: AI turn hangups please read here for a trial fix/solutio

As frustrating as this issue is, especially on a first playthrough, it is good to see developers working quickly to find a solution. Games get glitches, things break, shit happens. But you guys seem to be solid dudes who stand by your work so I don't mind being patient while you sort it out. I'm cho...

iPad - AI turn never finishes

Turn 34, playing as Entente. Tried to complete this turn six times now, including letting it run for a solid 90 minutes and still no joy.

Savefile and log included.

Re: IPad Version is rolling out in the App Store.

I think making the swap icon easier to see might do the trick. I think that's all that is needed. It seems to almost be under the units, rather than above it. It does require two taps, and. I've gotten used to tapping elsewhere on the battlefield to deselect (tapping the repair button twice is alwa...

Re: IPad Version is rolling out in the App Store.

One more thing Slitherdudes. I didn't see a way to access the manual for the game anywhere, unless I missed it. Want to download the PDF and give it a read. There are a bunch of things I learned from AARs and Let's Plays that I haven't seen noted in the game itself, which I assume are covered in the...

IPad Version is rolling out in the App Store.

I'm in the Hong Kong region, so the store updated here a little earlier thanks to the magic of timezones. The app is $20, and according the usage tab in the Settings app takes up only 389 MB. It's a damn fine port, and is running very well on my original iPad Mini. Bought it 7 minutes after midnight...

Re: Future development?

There absolutely should be some kind of hall of fame, showing stats from previous campaigns. Leaderboards are nice things to have in any kind of game like this, and there should be win records of the best individual aurigas, of the most successful teams etc. Every time a player finishes a game, they...

First iPad campaign ended due to events beyond my control.

Had posted this today on the TouchArcade thread for this game, but realised it would be easier seen here so crossposting. I bought this today, and the update has fixed a lot of the biggest UI issues mentioned on TA and Pocket Tactics, so it's definitely worth buying now. That said, there are still s...

Re: Release date for iOS?

Would be nice to get a confirmation on the price. I'm assuming $20 as with BA and Panzer Corps. I put some credit on my iTunes as soon as I saw the announcement of this game's release date. Didn't know much about this game, but have been watching some videos and I need this game in my life. Also, so...
