Yes, you will be able to install this game on a new computer without having to buy a code again. It's even easier if you use the Steam client (which you should). All you have to do is download the Steam client onto your new computer and log into your Steam account, and then you will be able to re-in...

I remember requesting this exact feature earlier in the game's development... indeed, it would enhance immersion if we could be shown exactly what went wrong when the failures happen.
And yes, having the die-rolling process explained in-game (if only in the Buzzopedia) would be nice, too.

While we're on the subject, it'd be nice if problems could be made less generic. Right now, the game tells you there's a problem and which mission controllers are handling it, but it doesn't tell you what the problem IS or even which module is involved. You could do this with the initial problem pop...

I would welcome a simple button for "Show only available employees".
Once your departments get larger than a few people, it's a hassle to go back when training ends and have to pick out the handful or so on each page to reassign.
