As this counts as a "capture" event and the objectives are linked to an "VP count" trigger. It should have worked. Exactly. I suspected I would have experienced such a problem at t...

Re: What PC2 should and should not be

The (re)supply/logistics system needs a general improvement to lead the game into more serious wargame direction. There are no plans to make the game more realistic. Design changes will be aimed at improving gameplay and replay value but not on improved reaslism. At its core the game is very abstra...

Re: LORDS OF ITALY c 280 BC

Pyrrhus (Tdefender) 47/50 vs Carthaginians (Enakan) 56/56

A very close battle decided by a desperate hoplite voluntary charge at the very end. A draw would be the rightful output.

TDefender 10.0
Enakan 9.4

Re: Generals

I don't want to seem disrespectful but I don't understand why "the ai can't handle this" is a justification for simplifiying the game. I don't want to seem disrespectful too but imho all those "choices" came from the limit of the engine rather than deliberate developing ideas. Just play Pike and Sh...

Re: Reward for historical Formation

Alexander used reserves in several battles to good effect for example. Could you give an example of Alexander deliberately using a reserve? Certainly he would deploy free troops to trouble areas when he could, but that's not the same thing as a reserve. Much like the strategic reserves in the ancie...
