Definitely, a miscalculation in the second game because of points being the same on my plate for a long time and then suddenly a difference at the end. I wonder could this be more straightforward with what you see is what you get results.

The frontline dynamic is better than in our previous game. RP is so sufficient that I have a feeling war of attrition will not kick in. Are you only for a WW2 setting? Or Cold War, Fantasy, Si-Fi would suit you as well? People's General has different air mechanics than other General Series games but I like the most helicopter transport of light infantry. Fighters only seems like the only viable strategy in many MP maps... e.g. Dubno I might have a rethink about the reinforcements and have the forces ramp up more so it's not a massive fighter ambush at the start. Also, certainly needs more RP for the cost of repairing your fighters!! Playing without...

What virus checker are you running? Has it quarantined the file? AVG is being super-zealous with several games at the moment I know about AVG problem but it never interfered with Steam games, only those installed separately. Also, it gives a warning if it quarantines something but it didn't in this...

Started Steam today, run OOB and tried to open the multiplayer match. A map would not load. Exited to desktop and closed the game. After trying to start the game again I get warning how exe is missing from a 64-bit folder. After checking the folder, indeed it was not there. Run verification of game ...

Disbanding unit in Multiplayer is legit tactics but in other similar games this was possible only if unit was idle that turn. It was the only action perform to the unit that turn. For the central locations, gameplay wise I agree.... but it felt odd to have an Oasis with no villages :) Maybe liberal use of building decorations could solve that? Decorations would work just fine. You could make central Flaged locations not to be settlements to prohibit purchase for both sides and award RP boost if player has rised flags on 4 locations to speed up final push.

We are already 10 turns into it? Wow, how time passes :D

Between 12 and 15 would be just fine. Regarding RP I am starving in both games but this all depends on purchase options.

Length is fine but I think going for 5th objective for instant victory is not worth it due to distance and need to have several unit as a group if hex is defended. For disbanding practice I am not sure what would work but Check Unit Count and Unit Killed/Removed triggers are good candidates to test ...

If you want to motivate players to use more tanks give higher Victory Point count for destroying infantry :wink:

No deep armoured penetrations for me this time, learned my lesson from Raseiniai.
