There is no hardcoded minimum date...

Perhaps that's another ruler but with the same name? Can't say your issue rings a bell to me.

This is army power that matters and it does have a definitive effect yes. That's just that compared to army power, it is much cheaper to have buildings with garrisons and some walls.

What? That still makes no sense. How can I move into an enemy territory and be considered the defender while the army that started it's turn there is considered the attacker? This is why having a system of behind the scenes "impulses" and random rolls is not intuitive for players and makes things m...

Getting a CS becomes more expensive the more CS you already have? Where is the logic in that? Why would a state be more reluctant to become a client if there are already others? Besides that it doesn't make sense that you can buy a nation cheaper if you buy it bit by bit than the whole thing at onc...

That's probably the accumulation of infrastructure from their 'Arsenal of the Empire' modifier where they gather 5% of all their production in a single region. I did not expect it could go so high admittedly, and I see some nerfing is in order!

That's how the system is supposed to work, the aim is to have difficulty being completely dynamic, you can change it at any point in any of your game. Probably the current difficult should be shown somewhere though, and a warning would have to be displayed if it's not the same as the current one.

Indeps stack were nerfed, they lose 10% of their strength per turn above a certain limit. As for multiple unique units, it was a bug and should not appear again in the next patch.

That's not a direct increase or decrease in the rating, or that would be very powerful (or destructive). Each point of variation is +-2% chance to roll a good result leading to a good leader (or a bad result leading to a bad leader). And the base is 10%.
