I just noticed this happening. In some scenarios where enemy is scripted to be static (Gazala) I didn't notice this, so I thought this wasn't possible. They obviously did tweak prestige settings. Too bad there is not enough testing weather the prestige mechanics work. The core is very large, includes battleships and rail guns, so no wonder there where some weird prestige problems. I've reported the issue to Nikki and he changed some settings in equ...

I took a look at the 43 infantries and they're better balanced: 43 Grenadiers have 1 extra hard attack and 2 extra initiative compared to 43 pioneers. that would make the grenadiers much more attractive to use especially in open terrain or against hard targets. My experience is that grenadiers are much better in defensive role then pioneers. Especially SE grenadiers. They have best stats of all infantry in the game. I think they have SA of 8 and HA of 8 too. Basically any unit that attacks entrenched experienced elite grenadiers will get wasted. On the oth...

Panzerjager 1B is useless IMO. It has 10 HA but, it's armor is the same as Pz IVD meaning very thin, and it's SA is only 3. In beginning the point is to take out enemy armor by Stukas anyways. My experience is that you have to mix. Basically in every aspect of the game. There is no "do all tactics". Almost every weapon has it's use. So do the tanks.
