Re: COMBAT

Point 5 says that only FCs and ICs can upgrade combat dice. Point 6 says that rerolls in combat are only allowed if you are better quality than your opponent. Does this mean that the only way to get rerolls is to attach a General (FC or IC) to a unit that is fighting an enemy of inferior status? So,...

There are 2 options at the moment: A) Dice again after deployment, with the better quality commander getting a +1...

Hi Mal, Mine was from Gamemat.EU http://www.gamemat.eu/our-products/battle-mats/6-x4-g-mats/6-x4-g-mat-highlands-in-war/en/ is the one I got. They've got a bit more expensive since I got mine, which wasn't that long ago to be honest. I got mine delivered for under £50, the mat itself now is £52. I h...

Depends on what you are playing; of the options you posted earlier the only ones I play are FoG AM and R, but I can make the venue any time from 3-30pm onwards.

I never know with that version whether it actually works.

Hi George,
just paid, but used my wife's paypal account in case the name confuses.
I'd be up for a game on the Friday evening.

Thanks,

I rather thought that might be the interpretation, seems a bit harsh on them on reflection, but understandable.

Re: Schiltron 2016, 11-13th March 2016, Stirling

Later Low Countries query

Would the Ordonnance Men at Arms from 1478 be treated the same as Mercenary MAA and fielded as either Superior/Undrilled or Average/Drilled as per the V2 changes? I can see it both ways - they are in the same box as the mercenary MAAs and are essentially the same, but they are also not described as ...

Don't wait for the artillery :D

A better idea would be to use it as a handicapping system - kill a general you have to take a measure of the gin, two if it's a FC or the CinC.
