Interestingly enough the Captain's Orbital Strike doesn't give you a target-selection at all. But I guess it's kinda redundant considering the skill has unlimited range.

[Bug] Objuration Mechanicum

With the Librarian's Skill "Objuration Mechanicum" I can target units which are in range but not in vision. Infact with this ability I then can basically scout for units that I don't have vision on. I don't know what they are but I know they are there.

[Bug] Orbital strike (Elite)

According to its description it should not be usable after moving when the caster is an infantry-units (which is the case since it's the Captains Ultimate). But it is usable and instead does no damage when used after moving.

I was talking specifically about unclaimed outposts. I have no trouble spotting the captured ones due to the flags.
It is particularly bad on Tundra/Arctic-tiles for obvious reasons.

Edicts multiply the income of their respective resource by x1.25... no matter whether the gross-income of that resource is positive or negative. I really don't think that this can be intended. [Request] Chat in Multiplayer/Multiplayer-Lobby

It was probably cut from the budget because it might have looked like MP wouldn't get as big as it is. But there's tons of games open and due to the relatively fast pace compared with other 4x and the seemless transition when someone leaves. So not having an ingame-chat really seems like an issue now.

I'm not 100% sure of that but I've seen this in 2 streams and I think also experienced it myself that the AI, when in Multiplayer and set on the same team with no humans in their team, don't actually team up but fight each other. I cannot guarantee that it was not forgotten to put them as allies but...

[GUI] Unclaimed Outposts sometimes very hard to spot

The grey bar around unclaimed outposts sometimes looks so inconspicous that it makes it really easy to overlook. Like in the example in the screenshot.

Maybe if that grey thing on the ground would elevate above the ground or there was some other optical effect added to them it would help with that.

I noticed that it was still wrong for all languages except english. I've fixed it for the others for 1.6.7 but despite having a "Proxy Studios"-Avatar now, doesn't mean I'm actually a member of them and could trigger a new patch-release by myself. ^^

Well... there was a nice reward for destroying portals between 1.6.4 and 1.6.5 but Sephirok removed it because I had simply used the same popup that ruins used and he thought that this didn't look professional enough. :o

All the things you suggested are doable via modding.
So feel free to do that.
I personally would refrain from integrating such severe balance-changes into the base-game.

In the meantime, as of 1.6.6, the "easy-nerfs" are in.
AI still plays as good as it can considering its maluses outside of the "foreign-relations"-part of the game. But it will go, well, easy, on the player.

Have you seen what it looks like with both fungus-boosting-techs in the lategame with 4/4 (4/5 for Terra Salvum, 6/4 for Gaian's Stepdaughers (with the AC-Mod))? I would assume it was the AC-Factions-Mod.
