Yes, the idea is that each player builds an army that he keep the whole tournament. That's also one reason I thought that adding to it gradually could be fun. I don't know that much about the difference between armies but do I understand you right that random maps could mean too much of an advantage...

@pitchfork- Several of the scenarios are unbalanced, some more than others. The starter battles are ment to be balanced as I understand. The game is addictive. I started with four losses in a row  But I persevered and the next three I won! A pity I was too timid to apply for the League of Extr...

How to use skirmisher (by studying my opponent) and how not to use them (by learning from own mistakes). And lots more. Enjoyed it imm...

Of course it work as it should. Thanks Ironclad.

Ok, thanks for your answer.
PS- May I take the opportunity to say that I'm one of those that most of all still hope that this tactical format will one day be incorporated with a great campaign or two in Legion2 :P

There's Takeda & Takeda2 by Magitech.
I have the first one. It's fun. Was thinking of buying nr.2 as well but after I had tried the demo I'm not sure.
Give it a look.
