Re: Le Roi Soleil - Challenges

OK, but, for example, I fight against a cav army with a medium foot army in open terrain and with a cav army against a medium foot army in moutains this isn't "to ensure the fainess in this game" :) If the auto army option chooses compulsory troops and random mix of discretionary troops then if wou...

Re: Any Chance for a Historical Battles Scenario Expansion?

Maybe could you develop some typical scenarios inspired by History (night attack, attack of a little fortified town / castle, battle on the beach (Genko perdiod) etc. — all that we can not generate in skirmish) ? Anyway, I bought the DLC released yesterday and I will buy all the next (I'm waiting fo...

Re: hiding in woods or swamps

Many thanks. You have discovered a bug. Cavalry are supposed to be visible in the edge of a wood, infantry are not (except from 2 squares away). However, it seems that some of the units have their view flags set incorrectly in the squads spreadsheet, and hence some infantry are using the cavalry vis...

Re: Gempei Kassen to be released on September 8th!

Gempei Kassen will be released on September 8th. It brings you to an era 300 years before the Sengoku Jidai period, covering one of the biggest conflicts in medieval Japan which ended with the Shoguns in power. It features a brand new dynamic campaign representing the brutal struggle between the Ta...

Re: Marvelous game

As a FoG defector (which weirdly doesn't work with my windows 10) I must say that P&S and SJ are two wonderful games. These are the games that I was waiting for 30 years.

Many Thx !

Re: Why haven't I played Pike and Shot much?

FOG advantage is that we can play 30 games at once without getting tired and, sometime, without big thinking :)

However, I admit that P&S/SJ are excellent games and I take great pleasure to play them. Of course, I'm such a newbie...

Re: Free Web Resources - reference books

Montluc's reputation was made by his Commentaires de Messire Blaise de Montluc (Bordeaux, 1592), in which he described his fifty years of service (1521–1574). This book, the "soldier's Bible" (or "breviary," according to others), as Henry IV called it, is one of many books of memoirs produced by th...

I would have liked to participate :( Unfortunately since I went on Window 10 (for three days) FOG does not work properly anymore. I try to fix my configuration.
