Dropped MP games

Hi

Whilst 90%+ of my MP opponents have been brilliant there are a couple of opponents who have disappeared into the ether leaving the games cluttering up my games list...any way to "claim" the game of even just remove it from the list?

Re: Romanes Eunt Domus!

A Glorious Victory! The Syracuse High Command are pleased to thank the Gods for a hard fought victory over the cunning Samnite forces. Despite the best efforts of a (now dismissed....minus pension) suicidal Cavalry commander on our left wing the Hoplites in the centre held the hills overlooking a st...

Re: Two rounds of melee ?

No worries... :-)

Sadly just because we can see a melee is not going well and would like it to be "tactically delayed"....life isn't like that :-)

Happy to help.

Re: Two rounds of melee ?

It may be that if you have not noticed an ongoing melee during your turn and played it out then the AI resolves it before playing its own turn.....During its own turn it will then resolve the melee again...that seems the likely explanation...

Re: Please add yourself to this PLAYER LOCATION thread

I think this forum could do with a FOGII 'Player Location' stickied thread to keep track of where in the world people are playing (helpful for multiplayer games and tournaments). Simply copy and paste the whole list along with these instructions, each time adding your own name and location in alphab...

Re: The Republic in Crisis Mini Campaign

I think a change is justified now but understand if the other players think it should stay as is for this Campaign ...and the change is implemented for any possible future one.

Re: Ebb and Flow of Battle

The placing of a C in C with a disordered or even fractured unit to try and rally it is a risky but potentially crucial reason a unit can rally. Has savers a critical unit for me more than once.

Ebb and Flow of Battle

Well I have just fought my first round of games in the second tournament against Massa. Mirror matches of Pyrrhic v Rome. Both games ended as very close Pyrrhic victories (appropriate!) but this is totally inadequate in describing the to and fro of the battles. As Pyrrhus I conceded and congratulate...

Re: Increase the Replay Value of Historical Battles

Whilst I like the idea of the OP, the suggestion that deployments could be changed means you would no longer be refighting a "historical battle" which largely negates the point of the exercise surely?
