Yes, I'm waiting for a better "strategic map" as normal way of playing.
I had use the "normal" map only if the "strat map" was bugging (but they have started to correct it).
Then I'm fed up and has stopped playing.

Yes it would be more usefull in multi, but at now it is a way to balance the game:
who has the bigger army has the more difficulty to move it.

So if the feature is integered, in the reverse something is be to given for the smaller amies ...

More than 550 hours, only playing against AIs, the more of them on bigger map with slower pace.
Often my victory, or rather my losses, is decided by "geostrategy", the fight with neighbours, letting others to be later too big.

Once researched (lvl1), I don't find how to launch this rite, sacrifice city population to build more.
I had already done this long ago, I don't find back.
EDIT: Found it: in the city management, it's in the very bottom of the screen, don't look up at the population numbers

Even not on a island, it's difficult to find a good terrain to start a city, so it may expend up to 3 tiles away in an endgame future.
So, as trying to find the best spot may be suicidal or too long, we must hurry building the city. Later we can build a 2nd one at better spot.

Nice, I had bought the game but was fed up with its DRM and destroyed the dvd since so many years and never bought again at Battlefront (nor Steam for sure, never).

I was put on an "island". Is there any way I can get my troops out of it as Chaos Space Marines? I couldn't find any amphibious transport, flying transport or any kind of "teleport". IIRC , there is late flying transport, you must hurry research to level 9 or 10. Or maybe it was...
