Re: How do I reinstall the game?

Right so I think I have figured it out by trial and error. The present minimum install route seems to be as follows: 1/ Start off with the 0.73 (1.2Gb) base game version from your original download link. 2/ Apply large patch 0.7.15.1 (1.7Gb) 3/ Apply the last patch 0.7.19.4 (735Mb). Is that right? C...

Re: Feedback wanted: personnel management screen

Yes I agree with the others about number of staff being able to be seen at any one time is too low. Previously I didnt actually like the fact that staff were on two pages and would have preferred to see them all on one long scrolling page within the overall static window. Now if there are even more ...

Re: How do I reinstall the game?

Thanks I have got another download link for version 0.73 (1.2Gb) which I will try downloading shortly. Is this the right base game version? I presently have on my computer the later patches 0.7.8 (1.5Gb) , 0.7.15.1 (1.7Gb) , 0.7.18 (733Mb), and finally the last patch 0.7.19.4 (735Mb). How do I know ...

Re: Retirement

This thread has reminded me of a question - what is happening with the faces of the people? When are those likely to be implemented? And are they going to be real faces or artistically drawn faces (which would probably suit the style of the game better actually). I assume they will not be implemente...

Re: Really good looking game

Its actually a very fun game, do not be fooled by the simple interface and rather "junior general" style graphics. This game has a solid engine underneath it all, and is really quite capable of delivering very dramatic Ben-Hur style moments. When I first saw it on Slitherine, I ...

Thank you so much for this, I wondered what I was doing wrong with my chariot racing strategy, now I will be able to play Qvadriga so much better.

Re: Future development?

There are a few things that I would like to see changed in the game: 1/ As mentioned above I dont like that massive order icon over the chariot, even though its only there for a second or so it still detracts from the otherwise nice looking graphics for that amount of time - you cant see any animat...

Re: Really good looking game

There is a future patch in preparation that adds some requested gameplay aspects, like end race rankings or volume control. About videos and AARs You could watch Das24680 series to get a good idea of how campaigns perform, this is the first episode: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heLkoUmj79M Yeah ...

Re: Really good looking game

The only question I would have really is why is the download version so much? It would cost me £15.60 to buy the download and yet it only costs me under £20 to get the boxed game with a free download copy thrown in? I might as well get the latter even though I dont want a physical copy. Just dont un...

Re: Future development?

Talking of future development the only thing that I have noticed in the demo that puts me off a little is the large black order icon that goes over your chariot after you have given it orders. Just blocks your view of the chariot for a few seconds and looks rather naff - any way you could perhaps re...

Really good looking game

When I first saw this game I thought ah thats interesting because I have a copy of the very similar Circus Maximus boardgame that we used to really like playing that game as kids years ago (I bought it recently out of nostalgia mainly) and it is very addictive, and I see you game has pretty much eve...

Re: Sandbox game - improvements

Hello guys, I was so impressed by your game than I decided to trust you and to buy it in order to support your efforts in the developpement 8) Well, my main question : wouldn't it be better in the sandbox game to let the player to choose his amount of money? Not Easy-Normal-Hard but a slider from t...

Re: SPM development update 09/03/2014

Looking really great, love the Soviet complex main menu. Overall I love how you extended development time to add more depth and variation to the game, not to mention a new game mode. Yes I wasnt expecting another space complex view, looks nice. And the Soviet images intrigue me as well, t...
