Sanctus Reach Unable to Access Multiplayer

My friend and I had been taking turns, when suddenly I received the following error message which is still ongoing:
missing_ids_login_error_3

Could anyone kindly tell me how to resolve this issue, please?

What was the problem? I wonder how she made up her mind. Did restarting the game by chance help?
