If you haven't got a team of three just state which period or periods you'd most like to play in and we'd sort out a team for you
so far 2 teams in and on individual but it will quickly fill up, I know there is another oxford team and I'll be surprised if the london boys don't sort out team or two
cheers

Re: MKWS Campaign 2012
1st Renaissance Division just over half full so get your entries in, looking for inspired team names
especially following the london entry as Central League Mediocre 1, so is there a team more mediocre or are they claiming to be first of the mediocre teams. To be fair with Dave Allen in the period he is in I hate to think how many battlegroups he can get out of an 800 point army.
we'll see
cheers

Re: MKWS Campaign 2012
The answer is at least 19!!!
I would guess that Dave will try and increase that to 20 plus but lots of crap.

Re: MKWS Campaign 2012
6 Teams in now for Milton Keynes
where is the Oxford team, I am interested to see the second london team hasn't claimed to be mediocre at all, or maybe they are just accepting that no one could reach the standards of mediocrity of Central London Mediocre 1, something I can probably understand, now Steve without Swiss I wait to see
cheers

Re: MKWS Campaign 2012
Although we are still awaiting a last player for the Individuals team to cover Period 3, I can now post the draw for the FOGR Competition at Campaign.

The draw is based upon the finishing positions of teams in 2011 plus the entry order for teams who did not play in 2011. Full details of the process are on the MKWS website.
The competition will work as follows:-
1. On the Saturday, all teams will play the other teams in their Division (3 games)
2. The Top 2 teams in each Division will enter the 1st Division on Sunday and the bottom 2 teams, will enter the 2nd Division
3. Each team will only carry forward to the Sunday, their score against the other team playing in the same Division.
4. Each team will then play the remaining teams in their Division, so that there will be a score against each team.
5. There will be winners of both Division 1 and Division 2.
Hopefully that's all clear and I look forward to seeing you all at Campaign. If I have put any player in a team in the wrong league, Alasdair will adjust this as the army lists are sent in.
All that remains is to ask you to get your lists in to Alasdair ASAP. Alasdairs Email address is:-

Re: MKWS Campaign 2012
Just curious is the sort based on strong teams in one divion and not those in the other? Or some other way?The draw is based upon the finishing positions of teams in 2011 plus the entry order for teams who did not play in 2011. Full details of the process are on the MKWS website.

Re: MKWS Campaign 2012
It should end up that way for the Sunday but for the Saturday the draw is based upon the positions teams finished in 2011 and then the new teams in the order they entered this year. Then we take positions 1,3,5 and 7 in one Division and 2,4,6 and 8 in the other.
Thus we ended up with :-
1 - 1st 2011 Forlorn Hope
2 - 2nd 2011 Milton Keynes
3 - 3rd 2011 Three Musketeers
4 - 4th 2011 Ilford
5 - Entry 1 Central London Mediocre
6 - Entry 2 Hampshire Hogs
7 - Entry 3 Individuals
8 - Entry 4 Central London 2
Hope that makes sense.
