So now to the Regional delicacies, which one has John chosenspotteddog wrote:just as well alasdair wasnt on 3-2-1 - he'd have romped away with all the prizes AND dusty bin. hunter. i will ask jim if he wants to share his pick.
Rajput Curry:- aggressive and spicey, one of my favourites
Hindu Curry :- more conventional
Sri Lankan Curry :- Less aggressive but lots on the plate
The less popular though very much liked by Don McHugh the Muslim Curry
Very rare but tried by Tim Porter The Maratha Curry, not sure if he liked it
Then we are onto fusion foods, with the cross between steppe and indian cultures with a dash of Hogworts the Muguls sorry Moghul Curry, an old favourite but gone of it recently but still a good one.
Well whats it to be
Cheers
Alasdair

Curry was the right answer to the first part of the puzzle but we are talking National Treasure type clues here. What do you have with your curry?

Re: Britcon 2013
And where do you think of when you think of rice?
Come on guys Indiana Jones or Nicolas Cage in one of the National Treasure movies would have cracked all this by now.
By the way watch out for large rolling boulders and spears coming out of the walls.
John
By the way Carlsberg don't do wargame's armies but if they did it would probably be mine. That is not a clue but a gratuitous throwaway line which I wished I actually believed.
Richard can I change please?

Scottish and Newcastle is actually owned by Heineken. So, if we're looking at a bunch of English, Scots and Dutchmen this would actually be a clue to Hunter's army! This ones easy.

National Treasure in Scotland? Beer
Biggest Scottish Brewery? Scottish and Newcastle
Who owns S&N? Carlsberg Group
If we're talking rice then the obvious place I think of is China. Ming or Qing? My money would be on Qing.

Qing good, played at warfare and beats all TYW armies but struggles more against early armieskevinj wrote:Scottish and Newcastle is actually owned by Heineken. So, if we're looking at a bunch of English, Scots and Dutchmen this would actually be a clue to Hunter's army! This ones easy.

Re: Britcon 2013
Hunter, forget about the clues and concentrate on your performance at Britcon. With a nom de plume like Spotted Dog a lot of players will be expecting you to come back with your tail between your legs. It is up to you to make sure that it does not come back to bite you and that you return North like the dog with the bone.
P.S. Don't forget your Hunter Scooper.
