Anniversary Coupon not on my account

Hi, I would like to buy the FO2 Medieval bundle and Shadow Empire using my anniversary discount but the coupon is not on my account. It is not supposed to expire until 11 July.

I'm sorry but that coupon is not valid and we have sent by mistake as it belongs to an account that is locked.
May I remind you that you've already used your account's coupon this year in the order you placed in the 5th of March.
