buenas tardes. Ayer compre el juego digital y fisico. Voy a mi pagina en matrix games y esta junto a otros juegos, tiene clave de vapor y numero de serie pero no me deja descargar el juego. alguna solucion? Gracias. He provado los pasos que se indican en el e-mail que se me envio cuando la compra se hizo efectiva pero ni asi.
