Just bought PZC from your store (to help devs, even if it's 2 EUR more expensive..), but got no steam keys ?? Why ??

As the Gold edition is a compilation of all Panzer Corps games, in order to get a Steam key, you'll have to register separately the Gold Edition serial number on each of the individual games with the exception of the Grand Campaign Mega Pack:

Panzer Corps Wehrmacht
Grand Campaign '39
Grand Campaign '40
Grand Campaign '41
Grand Campaign '42
Grand Campaign '43 East
Grand Campaign '44 East
Grand Campaign '45 East
Grand Campaign '42-'43 West
Grand Campaign '44 West
Grand Campaign '45 West
Operation Sea Lion
U.S. Corps '42
U.S. Corps '43
U.S. Corps 1944-1945
Afrika Korps
Allied Corps
Soviet Corps

Then, you'll have to redeem Steam keys for each one of the games and activate them on your Steam account.

Hello all,

I purchased Panzer Corps Gold Edition on April 2, 2021 directly from the Slitherine store. This is after the game was consolidated into the one single consolidated edition, the Panzer Gold edition. I registered my serial number successfully but when I go to the "My Games" section on the Slitherine or Matrix website, there is no option for getting a Steam Key. How do I get a Steam Key so that I can activate and include it on my steam library with the rest of my games? I gave up in complete frustration at that time, but just purchased a new game today and was reminded of this.

I have searched the Matrix and Slitherine forums and this seems to be the most recent posting that even comes close to the issue I'm having. Also, I recently sent a request to customer support and a auto reply was sent with ticket number.

Any ideas, tips, directions or comments would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

For anyone finding this post with the same issue, it's the - "SAME" - Panzer Corps Gold Serial Number that you use to register each of the individual discontinued DLC's on the Matrix/Slitherine website. In my haste to get the game up and running, I glossed right over that part about it being the same serial number on each one.
