Experience Suggestion

I'm not sure about the feasability of incorporating this into the game but where experience is concerned i have a suggestion that I personally use all of the time. When I either purchase or capture a new unit I will "up" its experience level by reducing the experience level of another unit(s) in the same category. This is pretty well what really transpired as experienced personnel were transferred to new units anyway, diluting the strength of their old unit, but raising the level of their new unit. Any way to use this? Is it even a good idea for the game in general? I find it enhances the game for me.

Interesting idea. I may start doing that too. I'm not sure they can incorporate it in the current game. It may be something to be tried/tested in Allied Corps.
