Random Team Assault Questions/Feedback

As I stated in a previous post, I've been playing Team Assault for a week. I'm really enjoying the game and the more I play and understand, the more I enjoy. There are some warts but even if they aren't patched out (which I believe they will be), I feel like I received my money's worth. For those on the fence, I'd recommend the experience. For those needing more help with the GUI and game system in a non-video form, I'd suggest looking in you Team Assault folder for this file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Slitherine\Team Assault\Help\Contents.html. It is very thorough and detailed (while awaiting the Manual) and should give you most of what you need.
Onto my questions"
1. Is cover directional? In Company of Heroes it is and I assume the same in Team Assault but I haven't seen that info anywhere.
2. What are the specifics of each AI Level? I read somewhere that the harder the AI setting, the more troops they receive (where it's through more CP per round or just a boost at the beginning, I don't know). Is there any other differences? Does it get "smarter?" It looks like Normal means the AI gets the same amount of CP as the player does but is the AI's thinking impaired in any way?
3. Button Behavior - When in the Recruitment phase, I noticed that when I have a squad selected, the first squad member's button (usually the Leader) gives me the overall squad information and not their individual info. For example, if I select the overall squad, I get the squad summary info as expected. If I select any of the round squad member's button besides the leftmost one, I get info on that specific soldier (such as weapon, etc.). However when I select the leftmost round button, I get the squad summary info. So in the recruitment screen, I can never get the squad leader's individual information.
4. I read the Draft Manual and still didn't see an entry for the Resupply Dump and how it is used. In the same vein, I'd suggest an explanation of what all the icons do when "H" is enabled. I'm still learning those myself.
5. I have the game installed on a Desktop PC I built running Windows 7 and an ASUS Gaming Laptop (G72) also running Windows 7. When the game is launched on the Desktop, it plays both videos and launched TA without issue. However when I do the same on the laptop, it pulls two errors on the Zeal and Slitherine video calls (saying they can't be accessed even though they are exactly where the launcher is looking) and then launches the game fine. Any ideas why and if it can be fixed on my end? The laptop actually has more memory and is an equivalent dual-core CPU.
Thanks for making a really fun game!
