Great pictures Uzbek2012.
The GAZ + ZIS combination reminded me of the WW2 French mobile 47 and the British Deacon - built for function rather than for looks.

In missions where is available in the air transports roster. In some scenarios you will get Mi-8, An-26, Il-26, Mi-26, etc. Those are noticed of course only if you decide to airlift your infantry.

Best regards,
Akkula.

PS: Could you plz just post the links to the photos/articles?. Thanks.

Hehhe, no problem. But the links are enough, plenty of information to dig in :D

And about transport helis, yes, in both campaigns you will have different options depending on the scenario. In some cases I took in consideration the map setup (distances, sea, land, etc) and in others, I just tried to add some "flavour" by using different options :P

Albeit with massive delay (RL job conflict  ) here we go with updated MdC upgrades:

Modern Conflicts 1.6 Russian Localization
Modern Conflicts 1.6 Naming Convention EN

Latter mod exploits possibility of using equipment localization file for original English version to allow more flexibility with unit names without breaking up purchase window or shortening unit names:
Image

Many thanks to Akkula for MdC in first place, assistance provided and development permission :!:

Yeah, it is a mistake. McGuba also pointed me that one.
It has been fixed in 1.7, don't worry. 8)
