IF it would make a more realistic result, you can match the wheels with the base coat using DCS. With enough camos options to choose from, you can always find a match to lock in for the wheels and/or barrel. I could help with this.
That's the result of using a uniform Camo. I'll send you the package if you'd like to change something about the wheels.

I did not have time to make a screen shot of the menu options of DCS, but if you guys will look at the "tertiary" and "armament" colors on the right side of the color code, you will see an arrow and a "+" key. If you click on the + key, you will bring up the color swatch spectrum and you can color the wheels or the internals of the tank, halftrack, etc. with any custom color you want. The computer just selects a color to put on the Masked areas of bright pink and bright blue. You can make them any color you want. It's all in the directions written by Rezaf. Lots of times I don't like the color chosen by the computer for the camouflage pattern that the wheels and the interiors or barrels come out, so I change them into something I like. Also I make masks that don't "mask" the bigger or larger and longer cannon barrels because I like them better in just a little bit of camo to match the armor itself. The only thing you need to mask on Artillery is the wheels inside the tires if the tires are black. If they aren't black, just paint them black on the icon and make the mask. Works like a charm.

Yeah..when using a single color this particular color always shines thru even if you manually adjust the secondary color to silver or white or whatever..it becomes only a bit brighter but its still somewhat greenish.

You can however make a new mask painting the tracks black so they will be ignored and always look like tracks

I remember the first pack you throw out back then and all barrels were single colored and it looked somewhat weird
As if they where stucked on to the unit later
nikivdd wrote:Chris, I made those units for GTPG v2.0, but perhaps you can find a purpose for them as well.

nice... :D ..unfortunately the Italians didnt had any of this equipment in mentionable number
Bergsjäger against tanks didnt worked out well somehow...the entire 8th Italian Army was destroyed during
Operation Uranus...the entire 8th army with their Mountain Corps should have gone with Heeresgruppe A (1st Panzer Armee) to the Caucasus where the Berjsägers were desperately needed and instead the german 17th Army AOK17 would have stayed on the flanks of 6th Army...> and the encirclement of 6th army fails

___________________________PANZERCOPRS EAST: PROJECT REAL CAMO____________________________

As part of the effort to make Panzercoprs East as immersive as possible I present Project Real Camo.
These 25 camo patterns have all been officially produced for Luftwaffe,Wehrmacht and SS ground untis between 1932-1945.
I will use these along with the best of Dwights camo skins for the individual and unique formations represented in PzC east.
Project Camo is powered by Dwights Camo Sprayshop
Obvioulsy no list will ever be complete since lots of units simply invented their own camo schemes with the paints and materials they
found available in their area of combat but all schemes posted here were official.

These were "Official" Heer, Luftwaffe and SS camouflage patterns for smocks, hats, pants, coveralls, etc. I see Oakleaf, rain, splinter, mottled SS, etc.

oh,yeah....forget about them...a little abberation and more of a trial... .
as I have already completed the german roster by reskinning all unique units with more subtle camo patterns (to avoid things looking to cluttered up)
Iam not going to use them anyway....

I was looking for some consistent color setting which Dwight gracefully provided with some very special skins :)

FINNISH UNIT ROSTER HELP NEEDED !!!

If anybody feels in a mood to lend me a helping hand I would greatly appreciate it
In order to get a convincing finnish unit roster I need to implement the following units

Blendheim Bomber
With Finnish Insignias , there is the Brit Blendheim Bomber in the game so it could serve as base model
Image
Image

Fokker D.XXI
I cant find a suitable model..dunno what to do
Image

Finnish Bf-109G
Image

Curtiss P-36 /Hawk75
I made a Curtiss but not sure about its quality..pls let me know if this is acceptable and maybe someone can throw it in and fidle around with
the offsets to see what animation fits..(I used the french M.S.406.png)

From what I can see of your work, I'd say if we were playing Horseshoes or with Hand Grenades, you would win. :D

What about this link? https://www.google.com/search?q=fokker+ ... 45&bih=926

I found a picture from IL-2 which has great graphic BTW. I used to play it a lot and have tons of it and mods on my computers but I haven't messed with it for a long time.
