Important message

Nico couldn't continue szenario design for the next future because he has a case of sickness in family.....We hope you understand this.

The rest of the LoV-Team continue their work as usual......

Yours

I'm following LoV's development with glee :D

However, I have to ask: Who's making the GFX? Because the flags in the screenshots seems a bit... unimpressive to me (no offence).

Nationalist Spain's flag for example isn't historically correct and seems a bit off.
I also see you're trying to use Germany's air force roundel as a replacement for the spheric flags. It's poorly cropped and not in style with the vanilla spheres.

Are these the results you're looking for?

Not any time soon. I'm working on and off on The Elite Core and something else. Only then i will have gathered enough ideas to continue with this.

Um ... I'm probably ...

Sorry, you need to write that, but "our" flag is historically accurate ... A small flag lesson for the Spanish national flag:

I also see you're trying to use Germany's air force roundel as a replacement for the spheric flags. It's poorly cropped and not in style with the vanilla spheres...
The screenshot shows a "vanilla-custom-hybrid" ... Many things are simply not ready and don't show the final state ... The unit info box has not even begun to modify, at the time, as was made the screenshot...
Currently, the unit info box looks like:

Nevertheless, thanks for the well-meant hints! :)

Aw, and here I wanted to "subtly" hint at that I in some way wanted in on the development

I apologize if I seemed to accuse you of anything or criticise your work in a negative fashion. I should've realised that you're still in early development.
I've never seen or heard of that early nationalist flag. Then again, I guess I'm too dependent on wikipedia, not a good source of info for an heraldician in training.

I realise I was just acting selfish and cheeky. As I'm pretty much new to this community, I should've known my place v_v

Once again, I apologize

RumpNissen ... Everything is good! You do'nt apologize for your kindly-meant hints ... I'm not angry with you, I look forward to any criticism and any advice!

I use to research - like you - Wikipedia. But instead of just in their own language, I look at also articles about specific topics in other languages. Often there are other useful information that are missing in your own language ...

Try to check ...

I felt the need to apologize, since I tried so desperately to be in a new project. Since I focus on flags and national emblems, there's not a very big demand for my GFX-work >_>

Oh, come on, you did a great contribution to the Battlefield: Europe mod, and to BNC's mods as well! It is not true that there is no need for flags and national emblems as there are many unhistorical flags in the vanilla game which need improvement and most modders used these as a basis. It might be true, though, that some people do not realize how important it is to have those national emblems presented correctly, but to make things right, it is.
