Yeah, but it is likely to have things like the siege of Kut as well, so both the African set up and the one including India would be needed.

I've made templates for all of the vanilla maps, except USA. I've made more scenario previews:
Schlieffen Plan: Marne '14: Estonia (Operation Albion):

Well, if I get the full set by the 20th, then they can go in.
I see you confused the Estonia scenario for another action. My scenario includes the Operation Albion, but also has the advance from Courland into southern Estonia, as well as the Communist revolution. Also, Paris 14 and '18 are slightly different. '14 is a swing around the eastern Seine to reach Paris, whereas '18 comes from the northwest and is head on into the capital.

If you could send me your versions of the scenario previews, I'd be able to replicate the "offensive arrows" and other elements to your liking. And well in time before the 20th.

I assume "Race to the Sea" is "WWIdunkirk14" and "Gallipoli" is "WWIdardanelles" among your previews.

Yeah. Those were the scenarios' original (pre development) names before I named them what they are now. It made it easier for me to collect files in that way.

BTW, about the Austro-Hungarian flag. In purchase format, do you want it with or without CoA:s?
Earlier, I thought it would be too cramped with CoA:s. But since you have them in your version, I want to be sure.-

Coats of Arms are better, as they are more historically accurate.

Re: WWI - Mod Graphics (secondary forum)
I'm still awaiting the bomb crater graphic file. The battle of Loos would like to have bomb craters on it.
Also, I'm happy to extend the trench lines to the edges of hexes, as long as this file can be made as well (or more the base 1 is edited)
So, are they going in or not?

Actually the first is GC '15, with Loos.asuser wrote:Hi BNC,
Yes, blend into is very important but not so easy...in reality No Man comes 1916 fist time, so I have some time to make it ready.
Next I will try to make the new trench lines.
Btw. Do you use also the observer/recon balloon? I could make the F/GB version also.
Hopefully you can make the deadline (or at least read it) before 28/Jul.

Questions:BiteNibbleChomp wrote: Barbed Wire
Gas Shell
Fahrpanzer (Railroad-Mounted AT gun)
Barbed Wire: How do you want it to look? It's basically a minefield, yes, so just a tangle ? Do you have any photos/images to give some inspiration? For example, I found this, which can be turned into an icon:
Gas Shell: How do you want to portray the Gas Shell? I took a look at the current one, right now it is this big shell which functions as a tac bomber (I had guessed it would be a strat bomber actually). So how should an improved (or new) icon look?
Fahrpanzer: I saw one in a museum (in Brussels), it is hilarious! Especially as I estimated I would barely fit inside, and then realized it was crewed by two people...

*Barbed Wire
That image is good. I would prefer if the wire doesn't change the way it faces when attacked from different directions, but if that can't happen then so be it. In v1.2, I'm using a barbed wire unit that bcnkor2 made and can be found in the WWI Grand Armoury.
*Gas Shell
I've actually decided to change the gas shell for the GCs, but as GC14 doesn't use them, it won't be changed in v1.2 (rather in v1.3 / GC15). The simplest edit there would be a 3d image, rather than a 2d one, with shadows. If possible, a group of them (~4) in the same hex would look pretty cool.
*Fahrpanzer
I know, they are probably the work of a donkey (as I said a number of months ago). The only reason I'm adding them is because at this stage I only have a very bad (20mm?) AT gun, but ultimately there is no real way to defeat the enemy tanks without artillery, which is overused a lot in the mod. So, I decided that the 53mm gun of the Fahrpanzer would be a good substitute. (Maybe it won't be rail-mounted then? - Rail transport, 1 move otherwise, and no horse transports)

Well... since I had a few hours to kill and wanted to get into the icon-making business again, so I tried to make you a barbed wire unit. Problem: the image I posted earlier left me a bit underwhelmed. Too feeble. So, I found this image, which I thought would 'fill' the hex better:
http://www.turbosquid.com/3d-models/3d- ... ers/440830
After much fiddling I have come up with something useable, I'm not sure about the way it looks yet, but that is in my nature (Whenever I make something I usually go through a lot of versions before I am close to being satisfied).
But if you can take this initial version, have a look and let me know what you think I can make further adjustments. At the moment I feel it is a touch too dark, but the wire coils come out a bit better at these settings, at first the wire between the stakes was very blurry and bluish.
