Hopefully this thread is monitored for suggestions. I played the beta and you guys have definitely done a great job with bringing this creation to life. It seems like a lot of work was put into really creating a detailed universe between the text dialogue and comments throughout regarding events. The game feels intuitive and inspiring in it's plot/elements. One minor suggestion, during the intro the game name is displayed, "Pandora First Contact!", I feel this takes away from the "movie" like quality/authenticity of the experience, I would suggest removing it because after all people know what the name is :P

There's definitely other small improvements which aren't coming to mind atm due to minor exhaustion, but overall (first impression, mid game, etc) Pandora comes across as a fresh and thoughtful experience, bravo!
